Specialty cuts are sold by weight and availability alongside Chef Taylor Thornhill’s inventive dishes, oft replete with foraged and fermented ingredients. Steak house classics, done the right way, such as twice-fried frites, buttery mashed potatoes, iconic cocktails, and an extensive bottle list round out the offerings. Service is friendly yet refined.

It's Beef and Barbaresco time again! Join us for our first winemaker dinner of the year. Tenute Cisa Asinari dei Marchesi di Gresy joins us in our private dining room on Thursday, January 30th at 6:30PM.
Meet cellarmaster Jeffry Chilcott and taste through multiple vintages of Barbaresco wines from the Martinenga vineyard paired with Piemonte inspired, Bateau tasting menu, served family style.
